WHO WE ARE
Set.Mar. Lube
SETMAR founded in 1977, has been dealing with lubricants for the food and pharmaceutical industry for 10 years.
In these years of growing specialization we have acquired the distribution in Italy of various American and European market leader brands or recently established brands with a high innovative content.
In 2020 we were entrusted with the exclusive distribution for the European market of Food Grade lubricants for metallic food packaging produced by FORCE INDUSTRIES DIVISION (USA).
The entire range of FORCE lubricants is NSF U1 approved; the new category established by NSF in April 2021 specifically for Food Grade lubricants used in metalworking.
AMCO 4880
FOR HIGH SPEED FORMING AND SHEARING PRESSES
For high speed forming and blanking presses that work at over 600 strokes per minute. Exceptional for forming the tabs and for increasing the life span of the matrix. Eliminates the transfer of lubricant. NSF P1 approved and registered for use as a surface lubricant used in the manufacture of metal items that come into contact with food as described by 21 CFR 178.3910 (a).
AMCO 5157
FOR THE BLANKING OF ALUMINUM AND STEEL
Semi-solid opaque lubricant created by blanking aluminum and steel. Used as a pre-lubricant for the storage of metal coils.
NSF P1 approved and registered for use as a surface lubricant used in the manufacture of metal items that come into contact with food as described by 21 CFR 178.3910 (a).
AMCO 4874
TO INCREASE THE DURATION OF THE DIES
Designed to increase the life span of the dies in the aluminum blanking process. For use on presses that work at 200-400 strokes per minute. NSF approved and registered for use as a surface lubricant used in the manufacture of metal items that come into contact with food as described by 21 CFR 178.3910 (a).
AMCO 4882
ECOLOGICAL LUBRICANT FOR ALUMINUM BLANKING
Ecologically designed lubricant for blanking aluminum and steel without sacrificing the dimensional accuracy of the process. Formulated to comply with the American Federal Clean Air Act of 1990 for the reduction of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). NSF approved and registered for use as a surface lubricant used in the manufacture of metal items that come into contact with food as described by 21 CFR 178.3910 (a).
